3. Polishing: Polishing is a surface finishing process that enhances the appearance of the part by creating a glossy, reflective, or mirror-like surface. It involves using abrasives to remove small imperfections and create a smooth, shiny finish.

4. Powder Painting (Powder Coating): Powder painting is a method of applying a protective and decorative coating to the surface of a part. In this process, a dry powder is electrostatically charged and sprayed onto the part. The charged particles adhere to the part’s surface, and then the part is heated to melt the powder and create a durable and even coating.

5. Plating: Plating is a process where a thin layer of metal (e.g., chrome, nickel, zinc) is deposited onto the surface of a part to improve its appearance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance.

6. Wet Painting: Wet painting involves applying a liquid paint coating to the part’s surface using spray guns or brushes. This method allows for various colors and finishes, and it is commonly used for aesthetic purposes or to provide additional protection to the part.

Each of these finishing techniques serves specific purposes and can be applied based on the material, desired appearance, functional requirements, and the intended use of the CNC fabricated part. After finishing, the parts may then be assembled using appropriate techniques like fastening, welding, adhesive bonding, or other methods, depending on the design and requirements of the final product.
